Project Description
The Department of Anatomy of TMMC is dedicated to teach Human Anatomy to Undergradute medical students of Bangladesh and aboard. The Department teaches various discipline of Anatomy namely Gross Anatomy, Regional Anatomy, Embryology, Neuroanatomy, Histology, Imagine Anatomy, and Living Anatomy providing special emphasis on general, applied and functional aspects. We have an experienced and hard working faculty & well trained support staff. Our department has a Histology Lab with good quality histology slides, museum containing various specimens and models of human body parts and spacious Dissection Hall. The department is well equipped with all the standard books of latest edition. Audiovisual aids such as penta – headed microscope, overhead projectors, visualizer, DG board, Jokey are used in the department to facilitate reinforcement of knowledge.
